P6/7 Keeping Fit

For the past 6 weeks P6/7 have been participating in the "Golden Mile" challenge which involves having to walk laps of the playground in a set time. We try to fit it into our school day and we have really enjoyed it! As part of the programme we get an extra fitness session each week in order to improve our strength, speed, balance and agility, it has been great fun as you can see! We will be having a fitness test next week and we are sure we will do really well, fingers crossed!
