P5 enjoyed a very busy book week. This year we focused on the book Charlotte's Web. We are really enjoying reading this book. During the week we learnt about how many books have been made into film. We used the book to write out own scripts before acting out scenes. We also looked behind the scenes of some films to find out about how they are made. We were very surprised to learn that for some films weeks and months of preparation and filming take place and sometimes never even make the final cut or only equate to minutes in the final movie!
We also really enjoyed dressing up on Friday and enjoyed watching a movie in our classroom. It was a great week!
